Highly recommended. It was a pleasant surprise! I read some bad reviews about the hotel and was a little apprehensive. The Hotel, its staff, the food, absolutely everything exceeded my expectations. Highly Satisfied with all the STAFF at Zalagh Kasb, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Special Thank You to: In the restaurant - Ahamed and Chef Kamal Hard to find in hospitality people with such features and a smiley face to guests as them. Vitality & Generosity all the time. In the reception- Younes - Excellent customer service very courteous, extremely helpful. They all made my holidays in Marrakesh enjoyable and more happy.

Thanks to all the very very welcoming staff available and smiling, we had a pleasant time the hotel and beautiful very clean the beds are very very comfortable and the staff and very very available to all requests, a big thanks to Miss Nassima and Mr Bennis for being present and available for all my family. The hotel is perfectly located, you don't need a car, you can do it on foot, I highly recommend this establishment and when we are back in Marrakech, it is certain that I will be relocating here, thank you for everything. We stayed for a night when our flight got cancelled, arrived late and left after breakfast, thus haven't tried a swimming pool or other facilities. The receptionist was very kind and gave us a family room where we fit with our 3 kids instead of using our online reservation of 2 rooms, which was almost double price too (luckily it was possible to cancel it). The breakfast had plenty of choice and was tasty. The pool looked nice through the window, the kids would have liked to try small slides, but unfortunately, we had no time.

Room change accommodated without any problems. Bigger , better, ground floor accessibility and convenient to both pools and restaurants. Friendly staff and doing their best to assist. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city noise and traffic. On two evenings we were pleasantly surprised to walk into our room after a long day of sightseeing to find that housekeeping had beautifully decorated our room in a romantic atmosphere by putting colourful petals of flowers on the bed, pillows and towels.

A special thanks to the reception team, especially Najoua, for her kindness , and Kenza from Guest relation for her great assistance. I also want to give a big thank you to the housekeeping team and the restaurant staff for their excellent service. The hotel is in a great location, just 10 minutes from the Medina by taxi. I highly recommend it.
